WAP/GPRS

WAP is the internet on your mobile phone. It gives access to almost everything you can do on the web such as, download music, ringtones, games, buy cds, cinema tickets, gifts, and pretty much anything over your mobile phone! If your phone is not setup to use WAP then you're missing out!

If your phone is not already configured with WAP/GPRS upon purchase and activation, you will then need to configure & activate it in order to purchase anything from our site or our affiliated sites. If your phone says, "Check your configuration" when trying to access the web browser, or trying to download content, then you will need to get it configured for WAP/GPRS. There are no costs to be enabled.

Configuration:

The fastest way to set up WAP/GPRS is to call the customer service department of your network service provider. They will then be able to send you the configuration as a text message taking you through the process systematically. There are no costs to be enabled.

You can get the Number for your network service provider from your last phone bill, or feel free to try and contact them with the below list we have provided for you:

Virgin - call 789 from your mobile for assistance with WAP settings

Vodafone - call 191 for the customer care department or call Vodafone's automated helpline from the mobile phone which you would like to set up to access Vodafone's mobile services on 0870 730 0051. Follow the instructions accordingly to get the Mobile Internet on your phone

T-Mobile - call 0845 412 5000 (or 150 from your mobile)

3 mobile - call 333 from your mobile

Orange Pay Monthly - call 07973 100150 (or 150 from your mobile)

Orange Pay as you Go - call 07973 100 451 (or 451 from your mobile)

The following table shows the basic WAP gateway setup information for all major UK mobile phone operators. Please note the menu options differ between handset manufacturers. To get into your WAP/GPRS settings, please refer to your handset manual. Usually for most device, theses settings are listed under your "Connectivity" or "Connection" heading.
