What is the VoxTone?
A ringtone or sound alert that will announce your requested nickname, fullname, short-sentence, phrase by our professional voiceover staff integrated with a selection of exclusive VoxTone pre-alert sounds to choose from.

How does the order process work for the VoxTone?
Simply choose which option of purchase & delivery that is best suited for your needs, Option#1 which delivers directly onto your phone and bills you via PSMS (1 time charge put onto your cellphone bill). Alternatively, option#2, which delivers the VoxTone in ".wav" file format directly to your computer via email with pre-paid purchase.

Once you've determined the option of payment and delivery, you then will fillout your order form and info needed in the "Customize My VoxTone" page. Please follow the order flow process accordingly. Once you reach the "opt in" confirmation of your order, you will at this point receive an instant SMS onto your handset asking you to confirm your online order by opting in (responding YES). Once you confirm your order by opting "YES", we will then get started on producing your customized request for your VoxTone through our patent-pending production process and technology. Once processed, your Customized Exclusive VoxTone gets delivered to you directly. To customize on a per person basis worldwide would usually take time, however with our patent-pending technology and process, we have minimized your wait time to just 48 business hours for delivery of your VoxTone!

What is PSMS billing and what are your billing options?
Premium SMS is a way to order products for your Cellphone and have them billed directly to your cellphone bill. No need for credit cards, just pay your cellphone bill as you do each month to your network service provider. Our billing for delivery onto handsets is supported through PSMS billing only. Alternatively, users with handsets that are Bluetooth or Active Sync compatible might prefer to receive the .wav file of their VoxTone directly via email to input their VoxTone themselves onto their handsets via Bluetooth or active sync, or apply it to other aspects such as WIN/MAC default sounds, Outlook, etc. In this case, we offer a direct payment option only through pre-paid billing via Credit Card or Paypal.

*note we only charge 1 time price points, so you have no worries upon subscribing to a monthly or ongoing service you don't want or need. Simply buy as you please with no commitment or monthly plans. Always a one-time charge only, for all ringtone products guaranteed!

How do I know if the VoxTone or your products work with my phone?
The VoxTone and our other products are all TrueTone/Realtone content. Basically, to put it simply, your phone must be able to play and set mp3's and/or WAV content as ringtones. Your phone must be also WAP/GPRS enabled. For further info, please refer to our compatibility guide.

What is WAP?
WAP is basically the internet on your mobile phone. It gives access to almost everything you can do on the web such as, download music, ringtones, games, buy cds, cinema tickets, gifts, and pretty much anything over your mobile phone! If your phone is not setup to use WAP then you're missing out!

Why do I need to have WAP/GPRS enabled to get Realtones?
Realtones such as the VoxTone must be downloaded, they cannot be sent directly to your phone. Before you order, please make sure your WAP or GPRS service is enabled. If you do not have WAP or GPRS set up on your phone, you can visit www.wapmob.com to get settings instantly.

My handset is listed but my network is not?
If your network provider is not listed within our order menu, then your network is not compatible and can not receive the VoxTone or our other products. We are frequently adding new networks for delivery so please check back soon for updates. Or contact VoxTone customer support via email on updates as to when we will support your network.

How do I get my WAP connection set up on my handset?
****The fastest way to set up WAP/GPRS is to call the customer service department of your network service provider. They will then be able to send you the configuration as a text message taking you through the process systematically.

I've received a text message, however I don't have my tone or can locate it?
We will send you a sms text message (browser message) with either a hyperlink text that you will click on, which connects to a website address or a bookmark which you will need to go to using WAP/GPRS whereas you can download your tone. The download link is in the body of a message that we sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your regular text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox", or simply "Push Inbox".

** There is a KNOWN ISSUE with the Motorola V3 and all other Razr models with regards to receiving wap push messages. If you have a Razr and are not getting your wap push message to download your content, try turning the phone OFF and then back on and starting over. Also, try deleting all old text messages and sent messages. These two solutions should fix the problem.

I have received nothing, I have no order or text message sent to my phone after I have confirmed my order. What do I do?
The VoxTone due to its unique feature takes 48 business Hours to be delivered onto your phone available for download. If after 48 business hours you still have not received your VoxTone order or if you haven't received your truetone product purchase, which should've been delivered instantly, please do the following below:

Your Service Inbox/Message Inbox/Push Message Inbox might be full, simply delete the messages in it and reboot your phone (power off then on). If this doesn't help, then check that the WAP settings on your phone are set up correctly. You will need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always Online", or "Receive all". This is usually found in the "Connectivity" section of your handset.

Below is where to locate these settings. Unfortunately, this varies from each manufacturer so we cannot provide specific details especially for all makes:

VoxTone orders are processed immediately upon "opt in" confirmation of your purchase. For VoxTone Orders, we give an ETA of 48 business hours upon delivery of your customized VoxTone. However, sometimes due to network traffic your orders may take up to 24 hours extra time frame to be received. We guarantee our customers a turn around time of no latter than 48 business hours from initial order, however due to the enormous demand of our products, we have no control over your particular network providers issues such as traffic volume or downtime which may very rarely slow down delivery. If you're order does not arrive within our guarantee timeframe of 48 business hours which is very rare, we ask you to be patient for up to another 24 hrs max, until contacting VoxTone Customer care. If technical issues are found with your delivery, we will re-send your original order to your mobile at no extra charge. If you still experience issues after trying possible resolutions based on our FAQ help, please then feel free to give VoxTone Customer care a phone call or contact us via email always with your Order# on hand. Without your Order# as reference, customer care will not be able to support many issues regarding your particular order.

Do your other "premade" ringtone products get delivered in the same timeframe as the VoxTones?
No, The VoxTone is our only product currently, which due to its nature of personal customization, obviously needs the 48 business hours timeframe. All other products on our site are instant downloads and will be sent to your phone upon opt in (confirmation of order) instantly. Due to high volume traffic we experience at times, you might very rarely experience a delay usually no more than a few minutes or very rarely 24hrs. If you do not receive your product instantly within the timeframes mentioned, please check our compatibility guide and WAP guide to make sure your phone is compatible and has all needed functions working properly to receive and download our products. If all else fails, please contact our customer care dept.

How do I save my VoxTone or other Truetone products onto my phone?
1. Open the message VoxTone Communications has sent you.
2. Click on the link and you will be instantly connected to VoxTone Communications.
4. Go to "My Downloads" .
5. When the download is finished, just save it. *Please make sure to SAVE your VoxTone or VoxTone product
6. To set your VoxTone or other Truetone product as your Ringtone, go to "Options" and select your new VoxTone or VoxTone product. For certain phones you might need to go into your root directory to select and set.

IMPORTANT: Always remember to wait until the download is finished before using the phone otherwise you may lose your requested VoxTone or other truetone product.

Alternatively, many phones have different setups, so initially the best bet is to refer to your handsets manual or call your service provider's customer care and ask them to connect you to their technical support department for help in downloading a truetone/realtone.

My Phone can play Mp3's as Ringtones & is WAP enabled however, my phone is not listed within your device list. Why? and what can I do to get the VoxTone?
Our handset lists are growing each day. With the vast amount of new and existing handsets on the market, we might have missed adding your handset model initially. If you have double checked yourself and/or with your network service provider or phone dealer that in fact, your handset is MP3 compatible for realtone content and WAP enabled, then please do the following:

1. Select Option#1 from the Customize My VoxTone Order page.
2. Select your phone make/manufacture type
3. Then when selecting the "Phone Model" type, scroll down all the way to the bottom of the "Phone Model" menu whereas you will see the title called "Other" followed by the phone make you selected.(eg. "other Nokia Phones")
4. Proceed to select the "Other BrandName Phones" option, which will then open up a field on the page called, "Enter Your Phone Model Name".
5. Simply Then enter your phone model name as per exactly it is listed on your phone, or phone manual.

*We strongly recommend you check to make sure your phone can in fact set MP3's as ringtones & is WAP enabled before using this option of submitting your unlisted phone model, as no refunds will be given if your phone ends up not being compatible via MP3 or WAP enabled.

My order was placed on Friday and it's now Sunday, Why Don't I have my VoxTone?
It takes up to 48 business hours or even less to get your VoxTone delivered. Standard business hours worldwide are always between Monday-Friday working days. These too, are the opertaional days for the VoxTone product itself.
