COMPATIBILITY GUIDE

Compatible UK Networks:
Compatible Handsets That Are Not Listed
If you do not see your handset listed within our dropdown menu list when ordering via PSMS (option#1), this means either your phone is not compatible and therefore was not added, or we simply missed your phone make or model.
If you are absolutely sure that your phone is in fact able to set MP3 as Ringtones & is a WAP enabled phone, please do the following below, to furthermore receive the VoxTone if you have not already done so via our menu system:
1.Select Option#1 from the Customize My VoxTone Order options page.
2.Select your phone make/manufacture type.
3.Then when selecting the Phone Model type, scroll down all the way to the bottom of the one Modele called Other followed by the phone make you selected. (eg. Other Nokia Phones)
4.Proceed to select the Other BrandName Phones as Your Phone Model Name 5.Simply Then enter your phone model name as per exactly how it is listed on your phone, or phone manual.
*We strongly recommend you check to make sure your phone can in fact set MP3 as ringtones & is WAP enabled as no refunds will be given if your phone ends up not being compatible via MP3 or WAP enabled..
Email Delivery Of The VoxTone for Ringtone Use
We offer email delivery via URL ZIP file download of the VoxTone. For cellphone users wishing to apply this as a ringtone only, your phone must be able to do the following below:
A) Play & set mp3 or .wav soundfiles as ringtones.
B) Be able to get an external file source such as an .mp3 or .wav onto your phone.
(Usually accomplished by USB connection, Hot Sync or Bluetooth, all from desktop to handset device.)
Through email push of the VoxTone, we send you the actual audio file in two different formats for you to have and choose from or use with various different phone types and applicable desktop applications. You now have the actually raw source file to apply, convert or re-use anywhere! We will send you an .mp3 file and .wav file of your VoxTone since many different phones and applications might take different formats between .mp3, or .wav.
We are the leaders in acknowledging and adjusting to the many phones that now have capabilities of active sync (desktop manager to device) or Bluetooth technology. For these advanced users, VoxTone Communications facilitates to the growing number of users who are bypassing the PSMS stream of content delivery.
Users with phone capabilities such as this have no limits and can use their VoxTone files with not only their cellphones, but also PC/MAC applications or even taking their VoxTones with them each time they upgrade to a newer device, never loosing their VoxTone.
